Our Story
For over a decade, Endeavor has been a trusted presence in the home, mastering the art of compassionate, high-quality care through a deep understanding of what it means to support a family in their own environment.
Our DDD Services division didn’t start as a business expansion; it started as a father’s promise. Our founders, Dave and Nancy Rodgers, are the proud parents of a daughter, Becca, who has Down Syndrome. Experiencing the system as a parent first, Dave was determined to ensure that Becca—and thousands of others like her—received the same gold-standard quality of care that Endeavor has become known for in its other healthcare divisions.
From our very first day, we have intentionally sought out and hired professionals who don’t just have the right resume, but who possess a genuine, soulful connection to the intellectual and developmental disability community. We believe that great care is built on relationships, not just checklists. As we have grown, our vision has remained firmly anchored in the goal to empower every individual we serve. We align ourselves with the fundamental belief that every person deserves the tools and support necessary to lead a self-directed, meaningful life—the life they choose.
