Parent As Paid Caregivers

Endeavor is happy to help train, onboard, and support parents and guardians to become paid caregivers to their loved ones. Parents will still be required to take all necessary classes and hold a fingerprint clearance card (in some cases this may not apply). We understand the value of having a familiar, trusted family member provide care, and we are happy to provide the necessary training, comprehensive onboarding, and ongoing support to make this possible. Our program is designed to empower family members to transition into professional caregiving roles, ensuring the highest quality of service and continuity of care for the individual they support.
